Return/Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept candle returns Even If The Candle Has Been Burned!

To start a return or exchange, contact us at  Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will cause a delay in you receiving your refund or product exchange. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.


Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and either return your item to the store in person or mail your item to: Suite 151 Lincoln Square Mall - Urbana, Illinois 61801

Items Received as a Gift
If you received your item as a gift and you are not a fan of the scent, you are welcome to exchange the item or return it for store credit. Once the item is received, either in-store or via mail, a credit code will be issued  to you via email. This credit never expires and can only be used 1 time.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
